11 year old Mathias Feltmann began singing at karaoke and then wanted to move up to bigger things.  His first public performance was Fall 2004 at the Philomath Frolic and Rodeo’s Arts and Crafts Fair, when he was just 7 years old.  Since then he has sung at fairs, festivals, car shows and numerous contests.

 

He likes lots of different kinds of music, but likes oldies and country music the best.  He really brings down the house with his yodeling!

 

He has written one song and hopes to perform and compete in this year’s talent contests singing and playing violin/fiddle, and singing more original music.  He’s taking guitar, violin/fiddle and voice lessons and casually working on mandolin as well.
